At Infinity Outdoors, we prefer to focus on the adventure, rather than the small print.
In spite of this, everyone participating in our adventures is required to either sign, or have an adult family member or guardian sign an indemnification form either in soft or hard copy.

Adult
Infinity Outdoors Ltd will take all necessary care for the security, comfort and well-being of participants taking part in our programmes and activities.
Infinity Outdoors Ltd recognises that going on an outdoor education and / or adventure activities programme may involve an element of risk. I accept the same for myself. I agree to waive any and all claims that I may have now or in the future against Infinity Outdoors Ltd, its staff, employees or subcontractors acting in the course of their employment.
I therefore indemnify Infinity Outdoors Ltd and its staff, employees or subcontractors in respect of any and all claims that may be made against them in case of physical or emotional injury incurred while engaging any and all of Infinity Outdoors services.
I understand that Infinity Outdoors, its employees, agents and subcontractors have taken all necessary measures and precautions to minimise this risk while engaging their services.
I further guarantee I will not pursue any kind of legal claim against Infinity Outdoors, its employees, agents, and sub-contractors should I be affected by adverse or extreme weather, animal encounters, acts of terror, acts of God, or any other unforeseen incidents. I also agree to indemnify Infinity Outdoors Ltd, its employees, agents and sub-contractors in respect of any claim arising therefrom.
Child
Infinity Outdoors Ltd will take all necessary care for the security, comfort and well-being of participants taking part in our programmes and activities.
We recognise that going on an outdoor programme may involve an element of risk. I accept the same for myself and/or my child. I agree to waive any and all claims that I may have now or in the future against Infinity Outdoors Ltd, it’s staff, employees or subcontractors acting in the course of their employment, where I / my child has not followed the safety instructions given and in doing so has been physically or emotionally injured.
I therefore indemnify Infinity Outdoors Ltd and its staff, employees or subcontractors in respect of any and all claims that may be made against them by myself or others arising out of myself or my child misbehaving and not following instructions.
