The focus of our key stage 1 programmes is early exploration. Students learn to build independence through sensory learning and simple team play.
Children take risks from an early age. Learning to take them safely via simple, age-appropriate concepts and activities helps to inspire younger students with a lifelong knowledge and love of the outdoors.
Nature-based activities such as mini-beast hunts, storytelling walks, and den-building can be offered in school as standalone sessions, single-day programmes, or in school overnight sessions.
Our off-site residentials foster foundational personal development themes, such as trying new things, and staying away from home. They also build early teamwork skills via an array of partner tasks and guided group play.
All of our trips include tailored support resources such as parent communication for first-time residentials, with specific safeguarding and pastoral care designed for young children.
At the key stage 2 / elementary level, Infinity Outdoors trips are focused on building confidence through age appropriate, progressive, and fun challenges.
Residentials range between 2-4 nights long, and build a range of skills including; teamwork, leadership, problem solving, personal responsibility, reflection, and many more.
We offer a wide range of activities; students can get their first taste of simple moving water rapids, they can experience rock climbing for the first time, learn archery, or explore the outdoor environment on short mountain bike trips and day hikes.
We align with your desired learning outcomes and curriculum content, especially in areas such as the sciences, geography, and citizenship.
A key element of trips at this age is giving back to communities through service learning, via our many conservation and community partners.
